Walter (Bill) Babb
Bill began in the construction industry at age 15 working summers for a remodeling contractor in a small town in Iowa where he grew up.  After receiving his degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University he moved out west and worked in commercial construction for a few years.  However, his love of homes and remodeling lured him back into homebuilding and a job with DreamCraft Homes, a production home builder that builds mostly in south King County.  After nearly 16 years as production manager, and several thousand  houses and many remodeling projects later he started Better Builders with long time friend Arvin Marchel.  He now incorporates all that he learned in production building and cost efficiencies into more custom projects, helping clients achieve their building goals on time and on budget.

With a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University, Arvin has had over 16 years in sales, marketing and business development. His experience also includes account management, project management, and general management. Arvin excels in building partnerships, strategy, sales, product marketing, and customer service. Industry experience includes real estate sales and marketing, pharmaceutical sales & marketing, pharmacy, e-commerce, and advertising sales.
