• A custom sauna was designed from a previously unused closet, adding a true wellness element.

• The spa-like layout features a deep soaking tub and sleek glass shower for a calming experience.

• Finishes include a natural walnut vanity, Dekton Uyuni countertop, matte stone vessel sinks, and matte black Kohler fixtures for a clean, modern look.

Primary Bedroom:

• Updates include new hardwood flooring, modern light fixtures that complement the bathroom pendants, and a fresh coat of paint. The design blends modern, eclectic, and Scandinavian minimalism for a cohesive style.

Balcony & Views:

• To maximize their view, we removed the solid wall on the balcony and replaced it with an open railing system. Now, the homeowners enjoy an uninterrupted sightline through the French doors, connecting the interior seamlessly with the outdoors.
