Whole Home Renovation in Madison Park
A Bold, Moody Design Full of Personality and Warmth
With a family of three and frequent visits from out-of-town guests, flexibility became the driving force behind every decision.
The transformation starts on the first floor, where the family spends most of its time. The kitchen and bathroom were fully remodeled to improve flow, function, and everyday ease, with clean, thoughtful updates that modernize the home without losing its warmth.
A previously enclosed bedroom was opened to the living space with double pocket doors, creating a bold, moody playroom that feels connected day to day, while still offering the flexibility to function as a guest space when needed.
Upstairs, the second floor becomes more personal. The primary suite embraces a rich, moody palette and sloped ceilings to create a calm, intimate retreat. In contrast, the kids’ bedroom introduces a lighter, more playful feel, with patterned wallpaper and soft details that support both rest and creativity.
Downstairs, the basement was remodeled into a private, long-term guest suite designed with the same level of intention as the rest of the home. Throughout the house, new windows improve natural light, energy efficiency, and overall comfort.
It’s a thoughtful remodel built around real life, where every space works harder and adapts more easily to how the family lives.
